Chinese New Year

Mardi Gras at McMindes
We are planning a Mardi Gras Party and you are invited. Come enjoy some local favorites from the bayou. Such favorites as sausage and shrimp jambalaya, corn bread, red beans and rice and crab cakes. The university jazz band will also be playing for much of dinner. So come on down and bring your friends. It's going to be a blast!
